Hi, my woocommerce catalog settings for the product images size are exactly set the same as given in the guide, but however I realize after upload, there are some images that is taller than other, see screenshot. I have already check the hard crop option for all 3 boxes in the catalog settings for woocommerce.

My images are all size 720px in height before I upload them. In the screenshot, you can see that the centre product image is taller than the other two, I want all my images to be same size after upload, any help?? This only happen after I update the theme earlier on today.

I used FireBug to inspect the element and it seems like its the CSS that are messed up after the theme update, any fix to this??

I got another issue after the update, now i can’t edit any php file in the wordpress editor, I get this message

    Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /web/wp-admin/theme-editor.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hey, a little something about our forum:
We work from oldest reply to latest reply, so if you keep your thread busy before we get to look at it, you will be pushed back at the end of our to-do list.

Maybe you notice the bright yellow alert message at the right:

We aim to respond to all posts within 48 hours (Monday-Friday), but in most cases we usually manage to reply less than 24 hours. We work on the oldest topic first, so adding a new comment will take you to the back of the queue. We do also try our best to reply on weekends if we have time.

the solution to the error that you cannot edit the php files is implied in the error message, you need to set the permissions correctly in order to be able to rewrite the files on your server.

As for your images: Did you regenerate the thumbnails already?

Hi, yes I regenerated the thumbnails but the image size still remains the same.

    Regards,
    Terry
