  Hello
  I just transferred my website after having developed on my client’s server.
  After the transfer, I have to afichage problems. For example: the “é” displays a question mark.

  I have transferred my database in utf-8. I do not understand why it does not work!

  Any idea please?

  it is OK for me.
  Config.php had set “utf8mb4” instead of “utf-8”!
