  Dear Support,

  Our whole website broke down after the latest update of wordpress and Atelier.

  – The product page is gone
  – Checkout (update cart) at the right corner looks weird
  – Products on the home page our jumping all over the page.
  – And many more little things.

  Can you please help us quickly to resolve this?

  Hi!

  So quick update, it all happened because of a installed plugin called affiliatewp.
  When turning this off, the website looks okay.

  The the theme not supported with the plugin?

  Hi,

  Maybe that plugin requires an update to be compatible with the latest WordPress version.
  Since that are so many 3rd party plugins we can’t support them all.

  check if they have any update in the plugin.
