    Hi,

All of my product images on my site are very blurry. I have tried reformatting the jpg and stuff through plug ins but that hasnt worked.

I also have an issue with my back office. When i try to add a product and scroll down to the product details where i enter inventory, nothing shows up and i am not able to edit my prices or inventory levels. I have re-installed the latest version of wordpress and Atelier and neither helped.

    Please help!

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    1) Your images are really crisp for me, is there a particular product you get the distortion on?

    2) Can you disable all plugins so only WooCommerce & Swift Framework are active.

    Thanks.

I have disabled all plug ins except for woocommerce and swift framework.

Please see attached images that show how blurry the product images are on the product page. Once you click on zoom the images are perfectly clear. Please fix the product images that are blurry.

What are your image size settings in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display?

No hard crop is fine but I’m guessing you have set the images sizes to low resolution that’s why they are blurry, can you please confirm the dimensions you are using

Product image sizes are set here: WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display.

After changing the size you need to use this plugin to rebuild your thumbnails: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild.

    Hi

    We use these sizes: http://swiftideas.com/documentation/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2014/05/Screenshot-2015-03-22-12.26.06-1024×271.png

I recommend copying the width, but your height will depend on what ratio your images are, for e.g if they are square then set the height to 700 also
