    HI There,

I am having problems with my website now that I updated the theme. As you can see from attached photos, the product images are appearing blank and content on the product pages as well. Can you help me?

my site is on maintenance mode as this is a live company. but i gave you login credentials to take a look.

    PLEASE ADVISE ASAP.

And I can’t update Woocommerce yet because i dont have my coder to make sure the custom code he put in transfers over. I just need a temporary fix or something in how i can have the product images/the elements on the product page show.

    Hi,

Please deactivate the child theme, your child theme is overriding a WooCommerce file.

    Thanks.

But I need the child theme since there is a bunch of custom code in that, and I am not the coder – my coder is unavailable. What should I do? Is there someone I can work with to help me with this?

does it make sense for me to roll the theme and framework back an update?? I just dont have access to my coder right now who can make those updates to the files so the site works properly. When i updated woo commerce on my engagingpapers.com/engagingpapersphase2 , the custom code went away.

    Hi @tylergibbons93

If you have a template file in a child theme that is overriding the parent theme, then we can’t advise on those changes as they are customisations. If the parent theme works when you enable it, then it shows that the issue is with the customisations in the child theme, and thats the only thing we can advise you to do until your coder can adjust the changes.
