After the adjustment of the caching settings, it has been found that a large part of the load time of the web site is created by the file ‘/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php, to the action? Action = uplift_custom_css.
In the example I tested was 1.72 seconds from 2.40 seconds total load time generated by the admin ajax.php file.
