  Hi,

  My site still being so slow, but It´s even worst in Firefox and Explorer where it doesn´t load… It´s just loading the home page, and not the rest of the site.

  Please I need a solution for this, we think the theme it´s awesome and we have contract more support with you to solve this.

  What I did it´s dissable the W3 Total caché… at least it loads in Explorer and Firefox, but now in the mobile it´s not working…

  What version of Firefox are you using? Tested here on 47.0, and working 100% for us – https://www.dropbox.com/s/ysqs4psyim9r8ac/Screenshot%202016-06-22%2013.14.15.png?dl=0 . Also checked Edge 13 on Windows 10, and loaded with no issue either.

  In regards to speed, it seems that your page weight is quite large, at 4.3Mb, but the theme itself is loading quickly, the majority of the wait being spent at domain level.. https://www.dropbox.com/s/v4i4b86yxnypdxc/Screenshot%202016-06-22%2013.15.39.png?dl=0 (this is something you should take up with your host).

  Hi there,

  Apologies for the delay. You are using the WPtouch plugin – this means the theme has no control over mobile devices, as the plugin takes complete control over the display. We’d highly recommend you disable this plugin, as there is no way the theme can be compatible with it.
