    Hi guys,
    I have an issue with the lightbox layout, it seems there’s something wrong with it.
    As I click on the image (in a Gallery) the image opens in a strange full size, left aligned, scroll enabled kind of lightbox.
    Could you help me please?
    Is there any way to change the lightbox settings or style?

    It’s working fine to me. Try to clear the browser cache or try in a different browser.

    Hi Rui,
    thank you for your answer.
    That’s exactly how I see the pics, left aligned and the sharing buttons covered by the full screen and closing ones.
    How can I arrange this? I’d like to center my pics and to show a short description for each one, like the attached screenshot.
    Regarding the js error, where should I check to fix it? I didn’t change anything, how is it possible?

    Hi,

    It seems to be from the W3 Total cache, when you disable the plugin it works fine.
    I think it’s related with your CDN options, try to change the settings.

    Hi I have exactly the same issue on my website: http://metastoryproductions.com/website/portfolio/

    Deactivated all plugins accept foor framework and no fix. I do’n use any caching and the problem is browserwide

    Some wrong in that gallery asset. The zoom magnifier is not working when you click it.

    Try to avoid special characters like :

    Hi Rui,

    thank you for pointing in the right direction. I discovered that it wasn’t the : sign that caused the issue but an enter caused the lightbox nog to work.

    So this gives a bug:
    Regie: Name 1
    Montage: Name 2

    And this works well:
    Regie: Name 1 <br> Montage: Name 2

    Maybe something for a fix?

    Hi David,

    The : didn’t cause the bug. It was an “enter” that caused it. So in my example the version with the html enter <br> did work but a normal enter caused the lightbox to bug.

    Ah ok, got it. Looks like we need to sanitise the caption to remove elements like this.
