    Hi Support,

I’ve searched the support forum high and low for an answer, but unfortunately no luck 🙁

I’m using a Swift slider on my homepage and it’s not loading on Chrome. I’m using Cloudflare with my site, so that it uses https (required for payment gateway). The slider not loading then causes a knock on effect to other elements on the page that don’t load either.

It seems to be causing a javascript error or some sort?

The site, slider and other elements work completely fine on Safari.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Martin.

    Hi

    1) Are you using version 2.1.2 of the theme?

    2) Do you have an SSL certificate?

    3) If so, make sure you have the WordPress HTTPS plugin installed

    Hi Kyle,

    1) Yes, version 2.1.2 is installed.

    2) Yes, we have a valid SSL certificate.

    3) We do have a plugin installed to update URLs to HTTPS – however, is there one you would recommend?

    Martin.

    Hi Kyle,

I’ve just tried installing this, and this issue still persists. Any ideas?

    Hi,

What is your site url so we can check the error message?
    Thanks

If you want you can place the Swift slider in a new draft page so I can search for the error message. But will need admin credentials in a private reply to login.

    Let me know if necessary.

    Hi,

Couldn’t figure out what is causing it. Since you are launching the site today it’s better to use the Revolution Slider for now while we investigate this further.

Will have to forward it to the development team.

Ok, thanks for taking a look.

    Hi @martypharty

Very odd, not seen this before. I can only assume it may be some sort of plugin conflict. Have you tested with all the other plugins on the site disabled (to see if the slider then loads correctly)?

What it seems to be is something is minifying the files – outside of our functionality. I noticed you said you are using CloudFlare. It may be the minification they use. For minification i’d suggest Autoptimize.
