Hi there – I upgraded to latest version of Atelier and now changing the name of the RowId for use in top dot menu causes chaos in the element – see third section down with set of six icons -top version shows row id change – bottom one looks correct but should say ‘Passions’ as row id
I’m hoping you can help. Thanks so much

    Hi,

Can’t understand exactly what is the issue. Can you explain further and provide some marked screenshots.
    Thanks

Hi – Yes – I’m attaching two screen grabs of the same ‘row’. The only difference is that I changed the RowID in the RowID section and everything went out of alignment…

I’m not seeing it like that. This is what I’m seeing.

Can you try to clear the browser cache or try in a different browser.

Hi there – I don’t understand. There must be something at your end that is enabling it to be viewed in this way??

I have cleared all caches in Safari, Firefox, Chrome and in Windows 7 / Chrome and all display as attached images…showing the one row where I changed the name of the row ID. The only reason that there is a non- chaotic version is because I copied it from a clone version that was created in the former Atelier version. If you can’t see how I can correct this, I think the best is to revert to the previous Atelier version. Can you direct me to the download link for this. Thanks

Hi again – Also, whilst you’re looking at this. Could you let me know how I can put an arrow as in attached pic or line ‘read more’ on the one page nav so that users can know that they should scroll down. Thanks so much

I’m not doing anything at my end, I’m in Mac maybe something is different. Try in another computer to confirm or ask someone to double check.

Why you don’t use the section that is displaying fine and change that row id? maybe it’s your settings in the design options of the row.

The continue arrow only exists if you use the Swift Slider in that page(it will display at the top)

Also change the 1st section ID, it can’t have any spaces between the letters.

Aha! Sorted… it was a combination of both your last two replies – i.e. spaces in ROWID – not identifying the row properly… then when this was corrected the padding in the design option came into play and was too wide… so now all sorted… Thank You
