  You mean where you want to add the FAQ content in this pages http://neighborhood.swiftideas.net/checkout/ (login with username demo and password demo)?? If so Theme Options -> Woocommerce Options -> FAQ modal fill those text.

  or you want a separate modal shortcode? If so click the [*] button above the post editor and choose Modal in the popup and fill the content and press Insert Shortcode.
