Hi, There’s no alternate background. I’ve checked in my assets alternate background, the default isn’t there. How can I access them. How do I fix this problem. I’ve installed a new update and it still persist. I just wanted the diagonal lined background assent which was previewed in the demo.

You mean in the theme options background area it is missing? Pass me the WP Login details in a private reply, I will check those.
