Hi, I have selected the WooCommerce Sidebar as the sidebar for my shop and added all necessary elements in the widget area, but it is showing the Blog sidebar instead of my woocommerce sidebar. Why would this be?

    Thanks in advance.

Where have you set that sidebar from?
Can you show us your website and let us know your login details so we can actually investigate? Thanks!

I’m sorry I cannot work on your site as every click makes me wait 3 minutes until the site is loaded… I’ll have to pass this on to another support staff or the developer. Cheers

I know, there is a real problem there and we cannot fix it as godaddy is saying it’s a theme issue.

On the Sidebar issue, has another support staff had a look at this problem?

Hi, sorry to hear that you’re using GoDaddy – this explains everything. Please switch hosting company as soon as you can and leave GoDaddy! They are beyond bad in both their hosting and support. A quick googling for “godaddy sucks” will prove this if you’re interested.

    Thank you!
