  I’m new to working in WordPress so please bear with me.
  I need to set up a video section on our website and thought I was doing it correctly but cannot get the video to play. The play button shows and highlights to click and play but then nothing happens. I’m guessing I’m missing a step along the way.

  I set up a Page for the videos and made a portfolio element in the swift page builder. Then I made a portfolio category marked video. Then I made a portfolio item and have a thumbnail image, linked to item, and then under Detail Media Options I made it video and added the URL.

  I’m missing a step or did something wrong? Help please and thank you!
