  Hello,

  I tried adding a product category to my main menu but when I go to click on the menu link I get a 404 page not found error. I’m not sure if maybe it’s a conflict with my custom permalink for product categories. I have the permalink set to the shop category base so that my product category links are shop/product-category. Can this be causing the problem? Please advise. Need to get this up and running and I have no idea what’s causing this error.

  Hi,

  1) Please re-save your Permalink settings. Dashboard => Settings => Permalink => Save.

  2) If no.1 does not work, please revert your permalinks back to default and re-test.

  It’s all of my product categories. You can go into my menu section and see that with all of the product categories that I’ve added to the menu I get the following error (see attached).
