    Hello team,

    Having a bit of trouble being able to pay for an item once it is in the shopping cart. I have set up a shipping class for t-shirts and set each of them to it however once in checkout it reads with the message displayed in the screenshot.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    You should try to activate the default WordPress theme and try again.
    If the message is the same is something related to the Woocommerce settings.

    Did you setup any shipping method?

    Check this documentation and give it a try

    If you can’t get it to work provide us some admin credentials to have a quick look.

    Can’t login with those credentials.
    Can you try first to activate Twenty 16 and repeat the test.

    It will not erase your website, just go to Appearance > Themes and activate Twenty Fifteen and test again, this doesn’t seem to be a theme issue, so we need to test with another theme to confirm. If you don’t want to test with Twenty Fifteen please contact WooCommerce support to ask them about the issue, it is likely a shipping set up issue

    Hi Kyle,

    I’ve tested with the twentyfifteen theme and am still recieving the shipping error. I have set up a flat rate and this works so I know that I can accept payments but the classes are not working. Should I contact Woocommerce, I’m positive that I’ve set everything up as required.

    Support is not provided for non paying woo commerce users. Can I ask if you can please use my user details above to log in and confirm that everything has been set up correctly and is infact an error with woocommerce before I try to take it up with them. I would greatly appreciate that.

    It’s 100% not an issue with the theme if you have the same issue with Twenty Fifteen activated, and we can only support theme issues.

    WooCommerce is a free plugin, you do not have to pay for support, contact them here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
