    Greeetings

    I am not sure if it is an issue with Cardinal or an general WordPress issue.
    The issue is with anchor text links that are linked to content in a row.

    Please see the attached images.

    The button on our home page is linked to content (download) which is contained in a row on our Insights page.

    The link is:
    http://whiteheadinc.com/insights/healthcare-marketing-whitepapers/#download-brochure

    But when you click the link, you end up underneath the link (i.e. heading)?

    The third image is the correct view that the visitor should see about clicking the button.

    Anchor text links to content in just a single row work fine. But when there are multiple rows on the same page there are issues

    Can you make any sense out of this?

    You need to add a Row ID to the parent row, do not link to an <a></a>.

    Please add a WP login, what theme version are you on?
