  Hi team,

  When using the page builder and adding design options, i.e. vertical padding, when saving once and viewing the updated post the options work, but then when you return to edit the options disappear and when re-saving the options are not retained.

  This page has now also completed died and lost all styling, images and more. I’ve checked my plugins and other pages on the site and there’s no problem…

  Urgently need a fix.

  Hi,
  It seems any plugin issue. Please deactivate all plugins except Swiftframework and check for issue. Now activate the plugin one by one to find out the problematic plugin(s).

  I haven’t changed my plugins for months and months, so it’s a problem with the new page builder, i’m not going to change my plugins to accommodate it, it needs to be fixed from the backend.

  I’ve checked all my plugins except for https and the problem is still there, I need an URGENT fix for this as we have a product launch tomorrow and i’m not creating the broken page from scratch.

  Your screen capture shows the problem, you cannot go back to the first tab after going to the others, can you see that?

  The problem with my plugins is they are essential to my site.

  This problem doesn’t happen on other posts with tabs.

  Turning off the performance options should have amended this, for example on this test page I added the tabs are working: https://events.com.au/tabs-test.

  Do they work work for you on your browser also?

  Are you loading any external JS code snippets into the page https://events.com.au/2016-nrl-grand-final-packages/ ?
