  I copied an existing page (http://www.ayurmama.com/thanks-for-listening-audio-3/) to use as a template to create a new quick thank you page. I want to change the header image – but I can’t figure out where to do this in this new theme update.
  What happened to the page titles and slider functions?

  Also, I chose “heading 2” for the text for the entire page, but it doesn’t show up the correct larger size way.

  It should be under Admin > Edit page > Page meta options > Page header/slider.
