    HI there,

I am running on all latest versions of plugins, WP core and theme. Cache cleared etc. Now working on a staging site to determine issue. Link and login details to staging site provided in private content above.

When adding ‘costs’ to the cost data field on a single product page I receive the error “please enter a multiple of 0.01.” Please refer to screenshot.

It is now impossible for me to add any costs to my online store.

I have tested using Wp default 2015 theme and issue clears. It only appears when Atelier and Swift Framework is activated.

I have checked with the WooCommerce Bookings plugin developers and they have advised I contact you for assistance.

    Your help is appreciated:)

    Best regards,

    Catie

    Hi,

Did the WooCommerce Bookings plugin developers offer any recommendations to you or take a look?

I see no JS errors, neither do we have anything interacting with this plugin if active.

    Thanks.

To add to this – it was working fine and no issues BEFORE the latest theme and WP4.5 update.

Can you disable all plugins except WooCommerce Bookings, Woocommerce, SwiftFramework and Redux Framework?
Clear the cache and try again to determine if there is another plugin causing conflicts.

    Hello there. Thank you.

As part of my troubleshooting I have done all this. With only those plugins activated, I have also tested 2 different themes – Enfold by Kriesi and the default WP 2016 theme. The issue disappears when these themes are activated.

Hence, the issue seems to point to Atelier.

However – I note your request to leave the ‘redux framework’ plugin activated. Is this a ‘must-use’ plugin I should be activating? I cannot see that anywhere in my plugins list? Maybe this is the missing link 🙂 It was not listed as a must use plugin after installing and activating the theme? I have deleted and reinstalled the latest theme package once more to check.

I have attached the error message in a screen shot again for you.

    Help is appreciated.

    Best regards – Catie

    Hi,

The phrase “please enter a multiple anywhere” is also not within the theme.

Can you leave all plugins disabled? Only WooCommerce Bookings, Woocommerce and SwiftFramework should be active whilst we look for you.

    Thanks.

@LoudCow1565 – glad you got it sorted and thanks for providing feedback.

I’ll pass this onto the developer and will see if there is scope to get this added.

    Thanks

I am having the same problem, fresh WP install, only the default plugins from the theme installed and Woo Bookings.

It won’t let me define a price on any bookable products. It gives me the error “please enter a multiple of 0.01.”

Any ideas on how to fix this, its vital to my website.

    Thanks

@mdearden – please start a new thread. Within that please privately add your FTP details.

You will need to install and activate your Atelier child theme before doing so.

    Thanks.
