    Hi all,

    Thanks for reading this.
I just bought the template yesterday, and so far i couldnt use it yet.
I really want to import the Demo Content which for me is fantastic to start.
However, everytime i try to import the imported get stuck all the times.
I already did several resets to the DB and try everything again, but keeps not finishing the import.
I already used different types of internet speed (home and work) but keeps going.

Any ideas how to import this in another way?
Im really frustrated about it :/

    Thank you,
    Pedro

    Hi Pedro,

Can you tell me what Atelier demo are you trying to import so I can check it myself?
Will need your site url and admin credentials in a private reply.

    Thanks

Hi, its solved now. I was trying to upload the first demo “Atelier Demo Site”.
So my problem was related to memory. I added the line in the wp-config to increase it and worked.
    Thanks for the support, Pedro.

Glad you got it, the 500 errors in your screenshot imply that also. We have a KB article for that: http://www.swiftideas.com/knowledgebase/how-to-fix-fatal-error-allowed-memory-size-of-error/

    Thanks

    Thanks for the support.
Btw today i bought the WPML plugin to integrate in the store.
Do you have any documentation or link that can help setting the translations for the template?
    Thanks, Pedro

    Hi Pedro,

The theme is fully compatible with WPML, but there is nothing specific to do related to Atelier theme.
You should follow the WPML instructions.

We advise this WPML documentation to get started.
    https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/theme-localization/

In case of any doubt the WPML support team is also helpful, if necessary we can also help if it’s something that we know how to do.

    Let us know if necessary.

    -Rui

    Hi,

In the docs we point you to the WPML instructions on how to handle this: http://swiftideas.com/documentation/2014/05/26/translation/.

    Thanks.
