    good afternoon, I bought the theme atelier . Because the web I have had this theme when did the person who put it on. As could not update . buy the theme , but now not let me update it. And if I turn up the theme by ftp, to change it, I lose the appearance of the web … as I can update the theme ? Because the plugin does not recognize me envato the old theme to upgrade …. help.

    Hi

    You mean the update is not available in your dashboard, so you updated via FTP and your site went blank?

    Make sure you only upload the ‘atelier.zip’ file and not the whole themeforest download file as this also contains psds, documentation etc

    That’s strange you should found a most recent version in the Themeforest download area.

    Please download the zip file from ThemeForest. Extract the new zip file and upload that to your server.

    I wish it were so easy . I already did, you change the name to ” Atelier2 ” but when active this theme , I lose all current composition of the web … solutions?

    We have not changed the name, if the file already exists on your PC, it will rename it.

    ………….. Really? , I know how these FTP files are used, thanks for the link .
    and obviously I have to rename the theme because otherwise could not have the two files. but when I did and switch to activate the theme updated, I modified the structure of the web . I still have the content , but not the structure . please give me a quick fix for this.
