  Hi,
  I see other tickets uploaded before mine has been answered. I presume t’s because I this morning have added more info to the ticket and I have been thrown back in line because of this. But please look into the ticket when ever you can, please:

  Hi,

  When you add more replies to your own ticket, it get’s pushed back down the list. Please in the future edit your initial post and and extra content to that rather than adding new posts to avoid this.
