    Hi swiftideas team,

I disabled the “Show Stock status” option in the wishlist settings and after that the “Add to cart” button disappeared in the wishlist (see image attached). Do you know why and what can I do to bring the “Add to cart” button back?

Many thanks for your help in advance!

    Hi,

Can’t figure it out but it’s not related to the theme since it’s happening with the default WordPress theme(Twenty Fifteen).

Notice that you only have external products, maybe something change in the Woocommerce or Wishlist plugin regarding this specific product types.

Better to check with those plugins support.

    Hi Rui,

but as I can see on your screenshot the “add to cart” (in my example: ZUM SHOP) button is existing in the Twenty Fifteen theme, but in the Neighborhood theme it is missing.

    Apologize for my confusion.
Guess something had changed in the Wishlist plugin and we will have to adapt our code.

Will forward to our development team.

Is the issue fixed the current update? Or will you fix this in an upcoming update?

    Hi Ed,

I have the version 3.6.2 installed, but the button is still not there (see screenshot).

I have tested the site with a cleared cache.

Do those products have “stock”? Do you have catalog mode enabled?

Have tested locally and am able to see the add to cart button with the stock status turned off – https://www.dropbox.com/s/3qplklg1aji7w0w/Screenshot%202016-03-30%2014.26.48.png?dl=0

Yes, the products are in stock and the catalog mode is disabled.

The “Add to cart” is activated in the backend, but not visible in frontend as long as the “Show stock status” is disabled.

You have the wishlist file overriden in your child theme. You’ll need to update that.

Ah, ok. That makes sense. The problem is now solved.

    Thanks, Ed!
