    We use the Cardinal theme for most of our sites. Since Cardinal bundles premium plugins it automatically updates them when the theme is updated correct? The issue I’m running into is when there is an issue with one of the premium plugins and we have to contact that plugin author. To submit a support ticket for most of these plugin you must have a purchase code. But since these were purchased as a bundle in the Cardinal theme the only purchase code we have access to is the Cardinal purchase and this is not applicable to the individual plugins. Since this is an important thing to have for troubleshooting how do you advise we handle this? The plugin I am trying to troubleshoot is Slider Revolution for example.

    Hi

    We include the plugins in our theme so you don’t have to purchase your own licence, however they are unsupported this way. If you want to get support from the develop you will need to purchase your own licence

    If you want to contact them directly you would need to purchase a licence as they will need to provide their time to assist you.
