    Hi,
After the latest woocommerce update, when clicking on add to cart on a product directly from within a subcategory page, it adds the product twice to the basket.

This doesn’t happen on a single product page, if one clicks on such a page on add to cart, then just one product will be added.

I don’t know whether it’s a woocommerce problem or a theme problem, since I don’t have that problem on other sites that I’ve build with other themes, I believe it to be a theme problem.

    Please help.

This is a live webshop, with many orders daily, and I don’t want to have the site;s url disclosed to the public.

    Thanks

    Theme 3.2.4, woocommerce 2.5.5

    Hi,

Please disable all plugins, so only Woo is active? Does this still happen?

Please also disable the child theme, upon re-testing what is the outcome?

    Thanks.

Ok, I have done what you’ve suggested…my client is totally upset since he has lost sales because of it.

I also tried reverting back to the previous woocommerce version, and then it also happens. Tried to switch to the main theme in stead of the child theme; same error. Tried disabling ALL plugins: same error.

It’s definitely a theme error. Please fix this.

    Thank you

    Hi,

It’s best practice to create a staging site away from the live site so you can test this.

I cannot replicate this on my dev version, which would indicate a plugin or child theme is causing the issue. Please add a WP login to either a staging site or live.

    Thanks.

Where can I dowmnload previous versions of Dante?

Because that will be the only way to fix this…

    Hi,

You have not added any login details for me to take a closer look.

This almost certainly will be caused by a plugin or child theme or any other custom edits. My development version is working fine and I cannot reproduce the error as you describe.

Please add a WP login so as we can look into what is causing this.

Regarding the test site, this is something your hosting company can do for you very easily – you should not have to do that.

    Thanks.

Yes, I will not change anything, I will take a look only.

Please be advised that I cannot replicate this issue locally, I would really need a staging site setup where I can freely disable plugins/child theme ect.

    Thanks.
