    Hi,
    I do have a slight problem with accessing the shortcodes panel. Whenever I try I do get the following error – see the attached picture.
    Could you please have a look and help me to sort it out.
    Many thanks

    What version of the theme do you have? 2.4.2?

    What version of the Swift Framework plugin do you have? 2.0.3?

    Thanks.

    Can you add your FTP details and a WP login?

    Thanks.

    Hi,
    Many thanks for your response.
    Unfortunately, as it’s a shared server I can not disclose the ftp details.
    I’d be however quite happy to edit / upload any files myself.
    Hope it’s all right.

    Regards,
    Robert

    Hi,

    Please open the file wp-config.php.

    Find this line: define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    Replace it with this:

    ini_set('log_errors','On');
    ini_set('display_errors','Off');
    ini_set('error_reporting', E_ALL );
    define('WP_DEBUG', false);
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    I cannot replicate this locally, I will need an FTP details to help further. You can privately post them and then delete once this is resolved.

    – Are you running WP/wp-content in different folder structures other than the one WP recommends on installation?

    Thanks.
