  I upgraded to the new Swift builder 2.0.3 and I cannot drag columns into rows. It’s a pretty serious issue for us using the new builder. I am working in Chrome, on a Mac.

  Works fine for me: http://d.pr/i/1knEC/1jS5bDU8 as you can see sometimes it can take a couple attempts to rearrange the elements, but dragging the column into the row should work fine

  I will test the plugins and see if something is conflicting. If I cannot figure it out I will post logins.

  A line or indicator where the item is being dropped would really help. When moving rows I can see indicators, but when moving elements and columns I do not.
