I try to install custom fonts, but I still have problems installing it in “Font Options”.

After I copy my font with “Add font” button I get this message:

    “Conversion complete. Refreshing page.”

But after this, nothing happens and I still have “No Custom Fonts Found” in my font options.

Can you please tell me what is the problem? The font I want to add is Montsserat, but in verion with “Latin extended”

I tried everything, copy one font, copy ZIP of fonts. Copy fonts directly to “redux/custom-fonts” directory, but nothing seems to work.

    Please help me.

    Hi Montserrat,

Is available in Google fonts, have you considered using that?

    Thanks

Problem is that version in Google fonts doesn’t have characters I need for language of my site. Č,Š,Ť,Ž and many other characters are not included in google version of Montserrat. That’s the reason why I need to upload custom version.

    Hi,

I see this error Code 500. Font conversation service failed, or is offline. – looks like the Redux Theme font extension is temporarily down. I have seen this happen before, the font extension is a 3rd party tool used to create the fonts.

Can you please re-test on another day or in a few hours?

    Thanks.

    Hi @carlvannitron

You can try uploading the fonts manually, given that you have all the files. All you need to do is upload all the font files manually through ftp or your server tools at

    >wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/fontname

Then you should be able to select the font in the Font Options.

    Hope that helps.
