  Hi Support Team

  Nice Theme. Very happy with the design.

  hope you can help soon. the problem is, when trying to log into the admin area, i get redirected to the
  maintenance mode page. using cardinal v2.4.1 theme.

  events:
  1. activated the maintenance mode page through: Theme Options> Maintenance Mode.
  2. while in maintenance mode for a while, the admin session timed out.
  3. was then redirected to the admin login page.
  4. tried to login and then redirected to the maintenance mode page.

  is there a way to disable maintenance mode? can it be done through ftp?
