  ‘Can you try increase the sizes and regenerate thumbnails’ I’m guessing you didn’t do this as you don’t even have the regenerate thumbnails plugin installed? And you’re image sizes are still 250 x 250

  i resized the sizes but then i put them back to default after it didn’t fix. how do i regenerate the thumbnails?
