    Hello,

    When I click on the “Add to Chart” button the progress circle will just continue to spin and nothing will happen.

    Is this something that y’all can help me with or do I need to go to my host?

    This is happening to me too!

    I’m losing customers right now!! I’m having to take orders by email.

    Please can you look into this?

    Please let me know what you need from me. If you can give me a temporary fix, I’d welcome anything you can do to help…

    1) Please disable and then delete the plugin Swift Framework 1.66. Please then upload this zip file with the latest 1.7+ version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/v1an2fpylsvniqc/swift-framework.zip?dl=0.

    2) Please disable the w3tc cache plugin and re-test – you are minifying the JS which could cause serious issues.

    3) Please test without your child theme active.

    I have tried these steps, but the issue remains.

    Not only that, but now my product variations are all messed up in the backend, and the product options dropdown no longer appears on the front end. My shop is basically unusable now.

    Any help would be really appreciated.

    After following your instructions, my website is even more broken. Yet I now see the issue is now marked as solved.

    @bn86 – your products are set as Variable Products, but you have not added any attributes or variations to the products.

    Please change each product to Simple Product if you are not using product variations. This is why you cannot add items to your cart.

    The reason the attributes and variations aren’t there is because they broke since following your instructions. I’m at a loss as to how to restore them.

    Hi,

    The steps I listed would have not change to the product attributes. That issue you have is often associated with a recent import or copying a product to a new draft when creating a new product.

    You will need to set the attributes again or ask your host to restore a backup.
