None of the images on my site will load on Safari or Chrome on my iPhone since updating to your latest version yesterday.

    Hi,

Please clear your safari cache on your iPhone.

Are you running any caching plugins? If so, be sure to flush those.

    Thanks.

I’ve flushed my hosting company’s cache. The browser’s cache is not involved. I’ve tried multiple browsers and on someone else’s phone.

Have you tried this with your child theme deactivated?

    – What version of the Swift Framework are you using?

    Thanks.

Have you even tried to reproduce my issue on your end?

My child theme hasn’t changed, and it doesn’t have anything to do with the problem. As I said, I updated the theme and plugin yesterday so the latest version is what I have.

    Hi,

You child theme will not have changed, however WooCommerce has. Your child theme maybe overriding WooCommerce functions or templates.

    Please add a WP login.

    – David.

Terry have you recently switched to a HTTPS or purchased a https certificate? I can see error logs which indicate your server is blocking resources because of an invalid https certificate.

Failed to load resource: The certificate for this server is invalid.

Please contact your host, or whoever you purchased and setup the certificate with.

    Thanks.

    Hi Terry,

In Safari, with your iPhone plugged into the Mac you can inspect the elements. (See screenshot)

Could you run this by your web host, is that who administers the secure certificate?

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hi,

They will only be wrong if you have recently changed them in the DB. The https is added from your setting Dashboard => Settings => General. WP & Site URL.

    Thanks.

They resolved the problem with an intermediate certificate. I don’t understand how it was working before, but anyway it’s fixed.

    Thank you for your help!
