    We got on our front page a revolution slider with few slides ,we have it since 6 months and never have problem but now somehow it stays blank and its like loading ,on our front page preventing us to publish it

    i know the main admin who helps me out when i need and installed theme never make updates!

    You need to download the latest folder from Themeforest as it contains a newer version of the revolution slider

    yes i think i downloaded the rev slider and its content on my computer archive cause if i update the rev slider im afraid maybe will loose the content or maybe content slides will stay?

    You just need to override the plugin files via FTP

    i never worked with ftp
    and now i got i mean i follow this instruction http://www.themepunch.com/faq/update-plugin-packaged-theme/

    but my hosting is on go daddy and i cannot establish connection https://www.godaddy.com/help/ftp-how-to-upload-files-96

    its resolved the first slide photo was deleted from host i selected new one and now all slides works without update!
    but i wanna try updating it but i dont see option ,tell me is the rev slider coming free with joyn theme!

    Ok great! Glad you fixed it

    Yes we include the plugin free with our theme, each time we release a theme update we include the latest version of the plugin
