    Hi,

I replaced the woocommerce 2.5 with the 2.4.2 version,
but the images are still not showing up properly
after I click on additional images. See attached.

Can you please help me figure this out?

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Hi,

    Please update Woo to 2.5.

Please disable and then delete the plugin Swift Framework 1.66. Please then upload this zip file with the latest 1.7+ version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/v1an2fpylsvniqc/swift-framework.zip?dl=0.

    Thanks.

Thank you for the quick response!
    I uploaded the woo 2.5.2 and the swift-framework 1.7,
but it still is not working properly.

I am still getting this message (see attached).

    Thanks

    Hi

Is it causing any problems on your site?

Yes, it still won’t let me see other product images and on another site that I host I changed the woocommerce templates and the swoft-framework plugin, but it is still saying the woocommerce template files are out of date and won’t even show the products on the shop page. Not sure what is happening and it has been affecting sales from the sites.

    Hi,

Very odd as I cannot replicate this on my dev version. Could you add your FTP details?

    – Have you edited any core theme files?
    – Could you re-test with only Swift Framework & WooCommerce active?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Could you contact your host and ask them to confirm the Imagemagick extension is enabled on your server?

    Thanks.

Ok, thanks for confirming – I am running this past our lead developer as I am not 100% sure as to what is causing that.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

If you navigate to your Theme Options => General => Performance Options, switch that to Off.

Please re-test the page, this should be resolved in the next update.

    Thanks.

    Hi David,

    It worked for thesveltegroup.com! Thanks.

But, I am still having the issue with http://www.fightforjoywith.us/shop. It is not showing the products, even after I switch the theme files and swift framework.

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Thanks.
