    Hi,

When I try to add a shortcode the modal window just displays a mobile view of my site’s 404 page. I’ve disabled all plugins and I get an error code (pointing to sf-header.php line 37 which is triggered because WooCommerce is deactivated – I think). With WooCommerce activated I just see the mobile version of the site showing the 404 page.

    Hi,

Please try Flushing the Permalinks by going to Setting -> Permalinks and pressing the save button.

    Thanks

Do you have woocommerce activated . The Flush was for the modal window issue. Please provide login details.

    Thanks

    Melanie,

I tried both of those solutions and still no joy. The console returns a 404 error.

PS – please ensure my post above (with the login details is set to private).

    Thanks,

    Ash

Hi, is the file pointed out in the errors actually on your server? Can you check via FTP?

Yep, just tried changing the permissions via FTP using Coda. The file is in place

Hi, I passed this on to Tahir, another support team member a month ago, sorry that he didn’t get back to you, I’m sure he will soon.
