    Hi,

I am no longer seeing update notifications in my Dashboard for the Neighborhood theme. I see that a new version is available from other posts, but can’t update without waiting for the new version to be available in themeforest. Do you know what might cause the update notification to not work in my dashboard? I saw on themeforest that I still have 1 month of support left for my account, so I don’t think that’s the problem.

    Thanks for your help!

I have version 3.15 Is there new version? I still have problem with this: Your theme (Neighborhood) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. Is it fixed in new update? How can I update? I would do it manually via ftp. But I can not locate any instruction how.

    Hi,

Please update the theme using your FTP, here is the latest theme version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wis5lzlpr6u4l64/neighborhood.zip?dl=0.

    Thanks.

I’m trying to install the latest theme update as well – I downloaded the above file from dropbox, but when I try to install it, I get the following message from WordPress “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”

Any suggestions? Is this an issue with wordpress or neighborhood?

    Thank you!

    Sarah

Thanks for the link to the files. Will you update this thread when you discover the issue? I’m hoping to have notifications in the future.

    Appreciate your help, as always!
