    I will forward to the developer, not sure why the update is not showing up on the dashboard

    Hey guys,

    Do you still not have the update option available in your WordPess dashboard? Have you had it show for previous updates?

    I’m actually quite out of date (version 1.82). I guess I haven’t been getting updates for a while.

    I’m running under the Child Theme at the moment too.

    @david.joh Great!

    not sure if this will work but try downloading 1.9 from ThemeForest, install that and then see if it shows the update

    Tried uploading the latest version, but WordPress is telling me the install failed because the theme already exists. I’d rather not uninstall my theme on the live website just to try re-uploading a fresh install.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hi,

    You could use your FTP to upload the new theme files, overwriting your old existing files.

    – Create a backup before doing this.
    – Clear your browser cache and flush your caching plugins after doing the upload.

    Thanks.
