ok, this is really bothering me. as you can see by visiting the website there is blank white white space under the main menu which decreases how much content we can show above the fold. My impression was that this is what you call the “global header banner”.
When I go to theme options -> Global header banner options it reads “Enable the Newsletter/Subscribe bar at the bottom of the window on the home page.”
And then below that in the options -> Newsletter/Subscribe Bar Options it reads “Enable the Newsletter/Subscribe bar at the bottom of the window on the home page.”
So obviously these two options do not control the same thing, but they are labeled as such.
When I turn off “Enable global header banner” it does nothing at all.
Please clarify what these options do and explain how I can FINALLY remove this horrid white space from under the main menu.
P.S. All I need to know is where the settings are to turn this off. If you need an admin login to tell me how to do that, I’m afraid you may misunderstand my question, so please ask if you need clarification.
