When a user tries to sign up the password strength is wayyy tooo much where can I change that? I think dont need to put 16chars, combination of symbols, digits etc….

As well the tooltip message of Medium password is not translatable its not available in WPML string translation area, can we fix that?

AS well is funny! You start typing says weak, then too weak, then Good, then weak again…. Isnt that odd!?!?!?

The theme does not control this, this is core WP functionality. You might be able to use a plugin to assist you: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=password.
