  I’d like to take these added product attributes (fabric and product care) and move them them below the Cart (http://shmoga.jimjam.host/product/nulu-stars-leggings/) . I’ve tried contacting WerkPress for customisation help but nobody has responded. If anyone could just point me in the right part of the framework, I’m happy to do this customisation myself.

  Looks like you have added those to the product description? You would need to add them to the page builder area to put them below the product
