  Each time I download from themeforest, theme is broken, but when I upload old theme files – it’s fine.

  The other issue I have is that updates don’t appear – I need to do it myself. Why is that happening?

  Are you uploading the zip from themeforest? You need to unzip that to get the theme zip, as the original zip includes all of the documentation, psd etc

  I know. I downloaded both Only Installation and Full Documentation and extracted themes. The newest archives are incomplete, whereas older ones work seamlessly, but they don’t have Update notification.

  I checked few previous version – all of them work fine. I need the newest version though. You can see that the newest archive has noticeable smaller size than previous versions. Themeforest link and your Dropbox link return corrupted theme.

  It’s the same file Kyle gave above you. It’s 7.8 MB, whereas older version where above 8MB. This one seems incomplete and causes things I showed you on the screenshot. Please test it on fresh WordPress installation.

  You don’t need access to my website. I provided screenshots. All previous version of the theme work, but the newest archive is corrupted. Please install your newest archive on fresh WordPress installation to see what I’m talking about..

  I am testing the zip file on my dev version and it’s working normally, no errors like your screenshot. How are you uploading the zip? Are you overwriting or merging the files?
