  I found an error on dynamic (page) css styles :

  Compiled =
  

  .spinner .circle-bar {
  	border-left-color: #fff;
  	border-bottom-color: #fff;
  	border-right-color: #a_custom_color;
  	border-top-color: #a_custom_color;
  }
  

  Instead of =
  

  .circle-bar .spinner > div {
  	border-bottom-color: #fff;
  	border-left-color: #fff;
  	border-right-color: #a_custom_color;
  	border-top-color: #a_custom_color;
  }
