  Hello,

  I’m having trouble setting up the product images, to be the same size as those on the demo. Mine appear more like a box. Can you please provide me the needed settings? I’ve set the aspect ratio to be 3:4. Also, as advised, the product and single page images have been set to 540:720. The “Regenerate Thumbnail” plugin has been activated.
  I would really appreciate your help.

  Hi, 540:720 is not 3:4, please upload the images in the same aspect ratio as 540:720.

  Hi again,
  I’m getting confused here: 3*160=540 and 4*160=720, so it is 3:4. Am I missing something?
