We are using the Cardinal Theme. I’ve done some searching on the forum and found this topic about what I am looking for: http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/how-to-remove-notices-to-install-plugins-of-theme-cardinal-for-not-administrator/
I tried the suggestions made but they did not work. It may be because it was over a year ago. I’ve attached a screenshot of the notifications I would like removed for everyone but the Administrator. As an end-user that is not an administrator these notifications can be confusing and seem unprofessional just popping up randomly.
