  Hi there,
  I’ve gotten a notification from themeforest that there is a new theme update available, but when I go to my dashboard I’m noticing that the automatic update is not available. Is there anything I can do to re-enable automatic theme updates through my dashboard or will I have to update my site manually?

  Hi Laura,

  The auto update service we use is experiencing some downtime, we have actually switch service providers so going forward this will not happen.

  You can wait for the auto update to appear in your WP dashboard or you can do a manual update.
