    Hi guys,

    I’ve set up and updated all aspects of the site, but for some reason chrome seems to insist on only showing 3 columns for products, whilst Firefox is happy to show 4. Interestingly, Internet Explorer 11 is ok showing 4 columns, but Opera is showing 3 columns. I’m running Windows so don’t seem able to test Safari, but I would need 4 columns in Safari too if you’re able to test, that’d be great…

    In Chrome, if I reduce zoom to 75% then I can get the 4 columns.

    To confirm: I wish to show 4 columns across all browsers.

    Please can you assist?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Everything looks to be displaying great for me, can you please clear your browser cache?

    Can you also check you have reset your Chrome zoom back to normal?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    Glad to hear that it looks fine, but I’ve refreshed the cache, I’ve ensured the zoom is 100% standard, and yet I’m still facing this issue.

    Any ideas? Any way I can force 4 columns, and sizing of images in woocommerce to always fit 4 columns, and to resize the product images in line with this? I was under the impression woocommerce did this as standard.

    The other thing I can think of is some issue with the thumbnail generation in woocommerce conflicting with the theme, but I’m not technically advanced enough to be able to confirm.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I am testing this on Windows 10 with Chrome latest and I cannot replicate. Can you confirm which OS version you are using and what version of Chrome?

    Thanks

    Testing on those exact conditions and I still cannot replicate.

    Can you increase the permissions of the provided login to full admin rights so I can take a look at your themes/plugins setup?

    You could test this, however I’d be reluctant to recommend it as I cannot replicate this – neither have any other customers reported this as an issue.

    .woocommerce ul.products li.product.col-sm-3 {
      width:24%;
    }

    Thanks.
