  Hello,

  The contact form [contact-form-7 id="284" title="Call to action header website"] is not working.
  I did all the steps needed in order to have 2 input fields: one email field + one field for a phone number.
  The form is ok, but the email afterwards send to me, is empty! Although I filled in well the 2 fields.
  How come it can be empty, when I filled it in?

  Please find a screenshot of:
  1/ the call to action button
  2/ the form with two fields
  3/ the empty email I receive
