  Assuming by align you mean all on one line, you would need this:

  .help-bar ul {
      margin: 15px auto;
  }
  
  .help-bar li {
      float: left;
      margin-right: 15px;
      margin-bottom: 15px;

  You should be able to change the page the wishlist is output on: YIT Plugins => General Settings => Wishlist Page.

  On your new page, be sure to add their shortcode: [yith_wcwl_wishlist]
