Swift Page Builder stopped working late last week. Just stuck on “Loading, please wait…”

So, I downloaded the site and set it up locally and updated Dante, and still no luck.
I then disabled all plugins it worked on the local site. I then enabled plugins one by one as I needed them and the Page Builder still worked locally.

I then reverted to the backup of Dante I had (still working locally) so that local and live could be identical as the update broke my layout horribly, and lo and behold, Swift Page Builder STILL worked.

However, upon following the same steps as listed above for my live site, confident that I’d fixed the Swift Page Builder – it’s still broken. The error in my Javascript console is as follows:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'save' of null
    spb_getContentFromTinyMCE @ page-builder.js?ver=2.0:952
    spb_shortcodesToBuilder @ page-builder.js?ver=2.0:904
    (anonymous function) @ page-builder.js?ver=2.0:535
    m.event.dispatch @ load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,jquery-ui-core,plupload,jquery-ui-date…:4
    r.handle @ load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,jquery-ui-core,plupload,jquery-ui-date…:4

    Anyone got any ideas?

For anyone else experiencing this error, it appears you have to click Text, then Visual, Then Swift Page Builder, and it works. Such a weird work around. :/

    Hi there,

I have as well a problem with the Swift Page Builder not working.
When I press on the Swift Page Builder icon, all items of the page appear blank / empty.
Tried all the solutions given in relevant posts but nothing worked out for me.
I use the Dante theme since January 2014 and it is the first time I encounter a problem.

Can you please suggest a solution?

    Best regards,
    George

    Hi there,

I have the same issue, getting error message: Loading, please wait…
“click Text, then Visual, Then Swift Page Builder” this solution does not work for me as well.

    Did you found another solution?

Attached screenshot, when I am trying to edit in Swift Page Builder. Before I could refresh few times and it worked but now it does not work at all.

    Thank you,

    Joanna

Right now, for me the Swift Builder is not loading at all, not even the elements. Please see attached the screenshot.

    Thank you,

    Joanna

Can you try to disable all plugins except Woocommerce? clear the cache and try again.
Also it seems that you server is generating some errors.

Can you provide us the error logs of the server. You can ask the hosting support if you don’t know where they are.

Go through and activate each plugin one by one to find out which plugin is the cause of the issue
